Terms & Conditions

Last updated: October 2026

1. Who we are

These terms are between you and TSIX Academy ("we", "us", "the Academy"), a company registered in the United Kingdom. By using our website or enrolling in a course, you agree to these terms.

2. Our service

TSIX Academy provides educational training in fixed income markets — including bonds, rates, swaps and derivatives — delivered as live online sessions with recordings. Our content is educational only. It is not investment advice, not a recommendation to buy or sell any security or financial product, and not tailored to your personal circumstances.

3. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old to enrol. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account, and for providing accurate information when you enrol.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service. In particular, you must not:

  • Use the service for anything unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive;
  • Infringe intellectual property rights, including by copying, reselling or redistributing course materials or recordings;
  • Interfere with the security or operation of the service, including introducing malware, probing vulnerabilities, or scraping content;
  • Share your access with others or circumvent technical limits.

5. Intellectual property

We own the service and all course content, materials, recordings and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the course for your own personal learning, for the duration of your enrolment. No other rights are granted.

6. Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Prices are shown at checkout and include applicable taxes as calculated by Paddle.

7. Service availability

We work hard to deliver every session as scheduled, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. If a live session is disrupted, a recording or rescheduled session will be provided.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay, pose a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. If your access ends, your right to use course materials ends with it.

9. Liability

The service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot be excluded by law.

10. General

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
